THE CHALLENGE

Employment law is complex and intimidating. Most people dealing with workplace issues are stressed, confused, and afraid of legal jargon. Yerty needed to feel like a trusted friend who happens to know the law — not a law firm. The brand and website had to make a technical, legal product feel human, approachable, and empowering.
