Agreement

By accessing and using the Anatra Design website (anatra.design), you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Anatra Design is a trading name of RightsTech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16602847). References to 'Anatra Design', 'we', 'us', or 'our' in these terms refer to RightsTech Ltd.

Services

Anatra Design provides brand identity design, website design, web development, and growth services. All services are subject to individual project agreements, scoping, and pricing confirmed in writing before work begins.

Prices displayed on this website are indicative starting points and are prefixed with 'from'. Final pricing is determined after an initial project scoping conversation and confirmed in a written proposal signed by both parties.

Project agreements

No work is undertaken without a signed project proposal. The proposal will set out the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, total fee, and payment schedule.

Any changes to scope requested after the proposal is signed will be discussed, scoped, and quoted separately. No additional work is undertaken without written agreement on cost and timeline impact.

Payment terms

Standard payment terms are 50% deposit to commence work and 50% on project completion, unless otherwise specified in the project proposal.

Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may result in project delays. Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

Access to deliverables may be withheld until outstanding balances are settled.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of RightsTech Ltd and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment of all project fees, clients receive full ownership of all deliverables specified in their project proposal, including brand assets, design files, and website code. Until full payment is received, all intellectual property rights remain with RightsTech Ltd.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

Anatra Design provides services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the total fees paid by the client for that project.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
