Anatra Design is a trading name of RightsTech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16602847). RightsTech Ltd is the data controller for any personal data collected through this website.

What data we collect and why

Contact form submissions: When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), budget range, and project description. We use this data to respond to your enquiry and assess project fit. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest — specifically, our interest in responding to business enquiries from potential clients.

Newsletter subscriptions: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We use this to send occasional articles and updates about brand and website design. The legal basis is consent — you actively submit your email and can unsubscribe at any time.

Analytics: We collect anonymous usage data including pages visited, session interactions, and device type using our own first-party analytics system stored in our own database. No cookies are used for analytics. No data is shared with third parties.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial information, or data from children.

How we process your data

Contact form data is submitted via Formspree and delivered to our email. We may follow up by email if you have expressed interest in our services. We do not add you to any mailing list unless you separately subscribe to our newsletter.

Analytics data is processed by our own first-party system and stored in our own infrastructure. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data processors

We use the following third-party services to process data on our behalf. Each operates under a Data Processing Agreement with RightsTech Ltd:

Vercel Inc. (United States) — hosts the website and processes server logs. Privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

International data transfers

The processors listed above are based in the United States. Personal data transferred to these processors is protected by appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office, and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

We only transfer personal data internationally where adequate safeguards are in place as required by UK data protection law.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted.

Newsletter subscriber email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe.

Analytics data is retained for operational analysis and trend reporting in anonymised form and cannot be used to identify individuals.

Cookies

Our analytics do not use cookies. Session data uses sessionStorage, which clears when you close the tab.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or social media tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025), you have the following rights:

Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
